It's doubtful that Michael Vick will ever read this blog, but having grown up in the Tidewater area of VA, where Vick was raised, and living in the great city of Philadelphia where Vick now thrives, I thought it was my duty to give him a word of advice.

Piers Morgan and Oprah Winfrey recently made a wager on who would get the first interview with Michael Vick. "100 British pounds says I can get Vick before you," says Morgan to Winfrey. "Make it 2," she replied.

Morgan's new show, Piers Morgan Tonight, has undoubtedly gone to his head.

But as Piers Morgan bragged about his story to the ladies of The View, I don't think he expected them to throw a pitch of their own. In Whoopi Goldberg's absence, Barbara Walters quickly proclaimed that Goldberg was the first to ever defend Vick's actions in the dogfighting case - and that The View should be his first stop on his long list of TV appearances.
